The Elderly

Although Lower Earley has many young families, there are several residential care homes for the elderly and we have links with three of them.

We take in Holy Communion on a monthly basis and visit individuals at other times. 

We are developing a “listening service” to provide a listening ear to all, including the elderly and hope this will get off the ground with links to the local Links Visiting Scheme and medical surgery.
